Job Responsibilities
Provide evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions and medication management as required.
Collaborate with parents, guardians, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and enhance treatment effectiveness.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on clinical evaluations and feedback.
Educate patients and families about mental health issues, treatment options, and coping strategies.
Participate in case conferences and contribute to program development and improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Board certification in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
Skills
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly when interacting with children and families.
