Position Highlights:
- Role: Inpatient Psychiatrist
- Compensation: $290K+/year (Negotiable)
- Includes Sign-On Bonus & Relocation Bonus
- Assignment Type: Permanent
Job Details:
- Start Date: As soon as credentialing is completed
- Credentialing Time: 90-120 days
- Setting: Freestanding facility
- Cases: 100% adult cases
- Licensure: Active PA license required (will wait for licensure)
Work Environment:
- Primary Site:
- Backus Hospital (213-bed acute care facility)
- Collaborative, community-focused multidisciplinary team
- Responsibilities include inpatient care, consultations, and ER support as needed
Work-Life Balance:
- Call Schedule:
- After-hours weekday call shared with four psychiatrists (separately paid)
- Optional weekend call (separately paid)
Professional Growth:
