Psychiatrist needed in the Philadelphia area for approx. 20 hours per week! Daytime hours and NO Weekends! Outpatient and IOP along with Addiction work.
Description:
Psychiatrist for approx. 20 hours per week and will provide Outpatient/IOP and Addictions services to Adults.
Duties:
• Participate in Welcome Center conducting Psychiatric Evaluations for new consumers
• Completing Psychiatric Evaluations for new consumers participating in both MHOP and IOP services
• Conduct medication management services for Outpatient Mental Health and IOP consumers
• Conduct annual Psychiatric Evaluations for existing consumers
• Assist in evaluating consumer in Crisis as needed
• Be a member of Integrated Health Team collaborating with on site primary care and pharmacy services
• Treatment team leadership and collaboration
• Complete all necessary documentation in HER
• Participate in monthly Medical Staff Meetings
• Reports to the Director of Clinic Based Services, dotted line medical supervision from the medical director
• Other duties as assigned
