Build and Lead an Outpatient Substance Use Disorder Program
An established, physician-led healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to build and lead its outpatient Substance Use Disorder (SUD) program in Mineola, New York.
This is an exciting opportunity for a clinically experienced social worker who enjoys combining direct patient care with program development, team supervision, and clinical leadership. Reporting directly to the CEO, the LCSW will help establish clinical workflows, develop treatment standards, mentor a multidisciplinary team, strengthen community partnerships, and expand access to evidence-based addiction treatment.
Approximately 50% of the role will involve direct clinical care, including psychotherapy and assessments for adults, while the remaining time will focus on program leadership, supervision, operational development, and care coordination.
The organization operates 12 clinics throughout New York City and Long Island, integrating primary care, urgent care, behavioral health, and pediatrics through a coordinated, technology-enabled care model.
