Start Date: 08/03/2026
Contract Length: Through October 2026 (potential to extend)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Call Required: Yes
- Approximately 2 nights per week (overnight beeper call)
Clinical Details
- Setting: Inpatient (14-bed unit)
- Patient Population: Adults undergoing medical detox (opioids and alcohol)
- Patient Volume: ~6 patients per shift
- Support Staff: PA/NP support
- EMR: Epic
- Scope: Medical detoxification and management of substance use disorders (non-psychiatric focus)
Requirements
- Board Certification required
- Completion of Addiction Medicine fellowship required
- Washington (WA) license or IMLC required
- Experience with detox protocols and medications including Librium, Suboxone, Methadone, and Sublocade
