- Mostly outpatient practice with little inpatient coverage
- Monday through Friday schedule
- Be busy from the state with a large referral base
- Interest in Addiction or Sleep Medicine is a plus
- 1 year income guarantee then move to a productivity model in an employed setting
- Comprehensive benefits package to include malpractice, health, dental, vision, LT disability, 401K pension plan, 4 weeks vacation/CME with expenses and $10K relocation
