• 7 on and 7 off Schedule
• 16-Bed Inpatient Unit with Average Census of 12 Patients
• Average length of stay is 4 days with a low re-admit rate
• Four weeks of paid vacation = 22 weeks per year of work
• $285,000 Minimum salary adjusted based on experience
