Medicus is partnering with a hospital in western North Carolina that has an opening for a Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to provide locum coverage.
Opening Highlights:
- Schedule: 10-hour shifts, mostly 7 on/7 off
- Call coverage required
- Setting: Inpatient
- Daily Volume: 24 patients split between 2 MDs and 1 APP
- Duties: Consults and evaluations if on-call, otherwise follow-ups and unit coverage
- EMR: Cerner Powerchart
- Must be board-certified or board-eligible
- Paid travel & expenses
During your time off, wander a vibrant downtown, listen to live bluegrass and folk music in intimate venues, and hike forest trails to nearby waterfalls.
