This facility is a respected psychiatric services provider featuring a 50-bed department dedicated to comprehensive mental health care. The center specializes in providing quality psychiatric services to children and adolescents in a supportive and structured environment.
Opportunity:
Locums Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
Job Details:
• Full-time locum position covering Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Position begins February 23, 2026 with ongoing potential
• No call requirements and no holiday coverage required
• Work in an acute psychiatric unit/institute setting
• Preferred experience with various clinical areas including anxiety disorders, affective disorders, ADD/ADHD, personality disorders, eating disorders, developmental disorders, psychotic disorders, and organic disorders
• Familiarity with seclusion therapy and restraint application is preferred
• No specific license requirement to be considered, but will need Maine license before start
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Paid travel and lodging available.
