A community health network in the Greater Austin suburbs is currently seeking an Adult Psychiatrist for a promising opportunity at one of their outpatient facilities.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday standard business hours; no weekends
- Call: Light rotated telephone only call 1 week every 7 months
- Setting: Outpatient community health
Responsibilities:
The Psychiatrist will:
- Provide clinical diagnostic assessments and medication management
- Conduct individual psychotherapy
- Handle crisis intervention
- Provide consultation to medical providers
- Participate in clinical team meetings
- Provide in-service trainings
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Active Texas state medical license
- Board eligible / board certified in Adult Psychiatry
