This respected medical center provides comprehensive healthcare services to the Duluth community and surrounding region. The facility features a robust Behavioral Health Department with 44 adult inpatient beds and 16 child/adolescent inpatient beds, offering a full spectrum of mental health services in an integrated care setting.

Job Details:
• 0.9 FTE in-person position with flexible 7on/7off or 14on/14off rotation schedule • Call hours from 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM with overnight and weekend call shared by the physician pool • Join a collaborative team of 9 adult and 4 child/adolescent psychiatrists, plus psychologists, nurse practitioners, psychotherapists, RNs, and clinical assistants • Provide telehealth services to critical access hospitals in the area • Manage psychiatric patients in the emergency department, including leading care rounds, triage, and evaluation • Offer consultation services to a Level 1 Trauma Center • Interest in ECT would be a plus • Work within a comprehensive Behavioral Health Division offering inpatient care, consult-liaison services, emergency psychiatry, intensive outpatient programs, partial hospitalization, and outpatient clinic services • Collaborate with an integrated pharmacist team including a Hospitalist and Pharmacist • Must be Board Certified/Board Eligible in Psychiatry
Compensation:
