Location: Brooklyn, New York.
Facility: 370 total community bed hospital is the hospital of choice for residents of North Brooklyn, including Bushwick, Williamsburg, Greenpoint, Bedford Stuyvesant, and Fort Greene sections
Opportunity: Psychiatrist Needed for ACT program
* Onsite, up to 36 hours per week
* Onsite mental health treatment for these individuals who are homebound and unable to visit a clinic in the community.
* Seeing 12-13 in patients a day (fast paced clinic)
* Social Worker does initial work up
* Mostly chronic, persistently mentally ill case load
* Prefer board certified, NY licensed
