Facility: Join a not-for-profit Mental Health center that's dedicated to serve the undeserved population int he county. This is a patient-centered, integrated primary care program dedicated to improving the mental health and well-being of our community’s traditionally undeserved children, adolescents, adults and older adults. This organization has over 10 locations throughout San Diego county with more clinics opening.

Opportunity: Brand new outpatient behavioral health center looking for a BE/BC Psychiatrist opportunity to work alongside primary care physicians, seasoned PAs, nurse practitioners and behavioral health providers. Locations in Chula Vista and El Cajon. Details are:

* Collaborative care approach.
* 50-60 minutes initial evaluation and 30-45 minutes med checks.
* Average census of 8 per day.
* Mon - Fri work week. No weekends No Call.
* Direct disease management and crisis intervention services when needed.
* Hands on support/mentorship from the Director of Psychiatrist.

Compensation: Base salary for a new grad is over $300,000 and salary increases with experience. Full benefits with PTO. Relocation assistance and sign-on bonus are negotiable. More details to be discussed directly with candidates.
