Annashae is seeking a full-time 100% (on-site) Outpatient Staff Psychiatrist to provide mental health services to Veterans who have served our Country. This facility is in Fort Wayne, IN. Staff Psychiatrists will perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations on Veterans who suffer from depression, anxiety, psychosis, PTSD, substance abuse and other psychiatric disorders using a patient-centered team approach. Additional duties include but are not limited to providing a full range of contemporary, evidence-based therapeutic interventions including diagnostic assessment, mental status examination, psychotherapy, medication evaluation & management.

Requirements:
- Board Eligible in Psychiatry
- Have a current, full and unrestricted licenses in one or more states, but who have, or ever had, a license restricted, suspended, revoked, voluntarily revoked, voluntarily surrendered pending action or denied upon application will not be considered for the purposes of this contract.
