• We are seeking a proactive and community-focused Preventive Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join a well-established outpatient clinic in Klamath Falls, Oregon.
• The physician will focus on disease prevention, health promotion, and population health management while providing patient-centered care.

Job Responsibilities
• Develop and implement population health initiatives and disease prevention programs
• Identify and manage risk factors for chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular conditions
• Conduct patient education on lifestyle modifications, nutrition, and wellness strategies
• Analyze patient data and trends to support public health and quality improvement efforts
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and community resources to coordinate preventive care services
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system
Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Preventive Medicine
• Active or eligible Oregon medical license
• DEA certification or eligibility
• Strong interest in public health and preventive care
Working Hours
• Monday – Friday outpatient clinic schedule
• Day shift with a collaborative healthcare team
Skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and patient education skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR)
