Job description
A growing, patient-focused podiatry organization is seeking a Podiatrist to provide high-quality foot and ankle care in skilled nursing, assisted living, post-acute, and long-term care settings.

The provider will deliver comprehensive podiatric services directly within facility-based environments while receiving clinical and operational support designed to allow focus on exceptional patient care.
This role offers uncapped earning potential, a Monday–Friday schedule, and no required call, nights, or weekend coverage.
Job Responsibilities
Assess, diagnose, and manage foot and ankle conditions
Perform appropriate podiatric procedures
Conduct patient histories and physical examinations
Develop individualized treatment plans
Educate patients, families, caregivers, and facility staff
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Coordinate referrals when additional medical support is needed
Collaborate with:
Facility staff
Nursing teams
Physicians
Healthcare providers
Provide preventive foot care to reduce complications and hospital readmissions
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
Qualifications
Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree from an accredited program
Current unrestricted Colorado podiatry license or eligibility to obtain
Previous podiatry practice experience
Strong knowledge of podiatric medicine and treatment approaches
Understanding of medication use and interactions
Excellent clinical judgment and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating with healthcare teams
Commitment to compassionate patient-centered care
