We are seeking a compassionate and clinically strong Podiatrist to provide high-quality podiatric care to patients in skilled nursing, assisted living, post-acute, and long-term care settings throughout the Denver Metro Area.

The position offers a flexible Monday–Friday schedule with no required call, nights, or weekends. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive podiatric evaluations, diagnosis, treatment, preventive foot care, and procedures as clinically appropriate. The role also involves collaborating with facility staff and other healthcare professionals to support quality patient outcomes.

Job Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat a broad range of podiatric conditions.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
Perform routine and advanced podiatric procedures as clinically appropriate.
Provide preventive foot care to medically complex and geriatric patients.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans when necessary.
Communicate diagnoses and treatment recommendations with patients, families, caregivers, and facility staff.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Coordinate referrals when additional medical or specialty care is required.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Support quality improvement and positive patient outcomes.
Help reduce avoidable foot-related complications and hospital readmissions.
Maintain compliance with applicable clinical and professional standards.
Qualifications
Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree from an accredited program.
Current, unrestricted Colorado podiatry license or eligibility to obtain one.
Previous experience practicing as a podiatrist.
Strong clinical knowledge of podiatric diagnosis and treatment.
Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to establish trust with patients, families, caregivers, and facility staff.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
Preferred
Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute, assisted living, or long-term care.
Experience treating geriatric or medically complex patients.
Experience performing podiatric procedures in facility-based environments.
Wound care or diabetic foot experience.
Experience working with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Interest in quality improvement and clinical outcomes.
