Job description
• We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Podiatrist (DPM) to provide high-quality podiatric care through house call services.
• The provider will deliver comprehensive foot and ankle care to patients in their homes, focusing on individuals with mobility limitations or chronic conditions.
• This role offers an excellent opportunity to provide personalized patient care while working independently with strong clinical support.

Job Responsibilities
• Diagnose and manage foot and ankle conditions including diabetic foot complications, ulcers, infections, and injuries
• Perform routine foot care procedures such as nail trimming, callus removal, and wound care
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress
• Educate patients and caregivers on proper foot care and preventive measures
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system
• Coordinate care with primary care providers and other healthcare professionals when needed
Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Podiatry
• Active or eligible state license
• Experience in podiatric care, wound care, or diabetic foot management preferred
• Ability and willingness to travel for patient home visits
Working Hours
• Flexible schedule with daytime hours
• Independent field-based work with clinical support
Skills
• Expertise in foot and ankle treatment and preventive care
• Excellent communication and patient care abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage mobile patient visits
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR)
