Plastic & Hand Surgeon – Established Practice | Los Angeles, CA

Potential Annual Compensation: $375,000–$420,000

Join an Established Surgical Practice with an Existing Patient Base and Anticipated Full Surgical Schedule!

An established and expanding multidisciplinary surgical practice in Los Angeles, California, is seeking a skilled Plastic & Hand Surgeon to join its growing surgical team. This opportunity offers an existing patient base, established referral networks, consistent surgical demand, and a full surgical schedule anticipated upon completion of credentialing. The incoming surgeon can step into an established practice with comprehensive operational support rather than spending months building a patient base from the ground up.

This is an opportunity to practice across a diverse range of plastic and reconstructive surgery, gender-affirming care, body reconstruction, hand and upper-extremity surgery, and complex trauma reconstruction while benefiting from an established referral network and dedicated administrative infrastructure.

About the Practice

The organization is a growing, multidisciplinary surgical practice specializing in:

  • Plastic and reconstructive surgery

  • Gender-affirming care

  • Body reconstruction

  • Hand and upper-extremity surgery

  • Complex trauma reconstruction

Serving a diverse patient population throughout Southern California, the practice provides both medically necessary and elective surgical procedures.

Its patient mix includes individuals covered by major insurance carriers, personal injury cases, workers' compensation claims, and private-pay patients.

With established referral networks, dedicated billing teams, experienced surgical coordinators, and consistent surgical demand, the organization provides surgeons with the resources and infrastructure needed to focus on patient care and surgical excellence.

Areas of Surgical Focus

The surgeon will have opportunities to practice across a diverse surgical caseload, including:

  • Gender-affirming procedures, including top surgery and chest reconstruction

  • Body reconstruction, contouring, and post-weight-loss procedures

  • Breast reconstruction and post-mastectomy procedures

  • Reconstructive plastic surgery and complex wound repair

  • Hand and upper-extremity surgery, including tendon and nerve repair

  • Craniofacial and facial reconstructive procedures

  • Trauma reconstruction and post-injury surgical care

  • Personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents and traumatic injuries

  • Workers' compensation cases involving occupational hand and upper-extremity injuries

  • Skin grafting, scar revision, and soft tissue reconstruction

  • Medically necessary and elective surgical procedures

  • Insurance-based and private-pay surgical cases
