Our surgeons operate within state-of-the-art facilities supported by fully accredited ambulatory surgical centers and a highly experienced clinical and administrative team.
We are seeking a motivated Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Plastic Surgeon to join our expanding team, with a clearly defined partnership track for candidates interested in long-term growth and leadership within the practice.
The Plastic Surgeon will provide comprehensive cosmetic and reconstructive surgical care across multiple practice locations, including Long Island and Manhattan. This role offers the opportunity to work within a high-volume, established practice focused on delivering outstanding patient outcomes and experiences.

Job Responsibilities
Perform a wide range of cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery procedures in accredited ambulatory surgical centers.
Conduct patient consultations, develop surgical treatment plans, and provide pre-operative and post-operative care.
Deliver comprehensive, high-quality patient care throughout the entire surgical journey.
Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including surgeons, physicians, physician assistants, nurses, and clinical support staff.
Maintain the highest standards of patient safety, clinical quality, and ethical medical practice.
Ensure excellent patient communication, education, and satisfaction.
Practice across Long Island and Manhattan locations as required by scheduling and patient demand.
Contribute to a team-oriented culture focused on continuous improvement and clinical excellence.
Qualifications
Required:
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Plastic Surgery.
Active, unrestricted New York State medical license, or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to start date.
Demonstrated training and clinical competency in cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery.
Strong experience working within a surgical team environment.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and patient relationship management skills.
Ability and willingness to travel between Long Island and Manhattan locations as needed.
Preferred:
Experience in high-volume cosmetic surgery practice settings.
Strong aesthetic judgment and commitment to achieving natural, high-quality outcomes.
Prior exposure to ambulatory surgical center environments.
