Non-Interventional PM&R Physician

A well-established, physician-led Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation practice in Bronx, New York is seeking an experienced Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Non-Interventional PM&R Physician to join a small, collaborative and growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a 100% office-based setting with strong earning potential and schedule flexibility.

Practice Overview:

• Join a respected team of 2 PM&R Physicians and 1 Physician Assistant
• Collegial, patient-centered environment
• Established referral network and consistent patient volume
• Focus on comprehensive, non-interventional musculoskeletal and rehabilitation care
• Strong collaborative support from existing Ortho Surgeon and PM&R
• 20-30% Personal Injury & Workers Comp

Position Highlights:

• 100% Office-Based Practice
• Non-Interventional Physiatry with EMG/NCV, evaluate & treat new patients
• Pain Management not needed, but can be considered
• Full-Time or Part-Time options available
• Monday–Friday schedule
• Opportunity to expand to weekend hours in the future (optional)

Requirements:

• MD or DO required
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
• Minimum 3+ years of post-training clinical experience required
• Strong diagnostic skills and commitment to high-quality, evidence-based care
• Excellent communication and patient engagement skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• Highly Competitive Base Salary: $300,000 – $325,000+ (Full-Time). Percentage of Collections model thereafter.
