Assignment Details
Dates: January 1, 2027–ongoing
Schedule: Scheduled clinical hours + call; clinical shift times not specified
Call: In-house, 1:3 rotation; 30-minute response time
Coverage Type: Assigned-patient rounding, admissions and call
Volume: 8–14 patients per shift; call volume listed as 8–16 patients and 5 admissions
Setting: Inpatient; 18-bed department at a Level II trauma hospital
Support: 2–6 RNs, 1 MA and 1 office staff member
EMR: Epic
Credentialing: 30–90 days
Clinical Details
Required Scope: Inpatient rehabilitation care, admissions, rounding and assigned-patient call coverage
Preferred Scope: EMG and medical management
Excluded Scope: Interventional pain; injections and nerve conduction studies not required
Requirements
BC in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation required
Any state license accepted (MN obtained during credentialing)
ACLS and BLS
Fellowship requirement
