- License/Certs: BLS required
- Experience: Prior physiatry/inpatient rehab experience preferred
- Pay Rate: Competitive hourly pay (rate not specified; pay package discussed upon application)
- Benefits: Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), paid sick time, licensure and travel reimbursements, and a robust referral bonus program
- Provide face-to-face care for adult patients on an inpatient rehab unit (20 beds)
- Perform patient evaluations within 24 hours of admission
- Conduct rounding and consults as scheduled
- Participate in team conferences and care planning
- Manage patient documentation and CMS-compliant procedures
- Prescribe and monitor medications, including narcotics, per guidelines
- Complete discharge summaries and post-admission evaluations
- Required: Certification in BLS, valid physiatry (PM&R) license
- 2+ years of relevant clinical experience preferred
- Strong skills in inpatient rehabilitation, patient-focused care, and documentation
- Ability to work onsite during scheduled hours
