Location: East-Central MI
Facility: 20 bed units
Practice Setting: Inpatient; Hospital based
Schedule: 24 Hour Call; EMR Cerner
Practice Details: 10-20 patients per day, level III trauma designation, rounding, and consults.
PM&R Required Procedures: Pre‐Admission Screening Review and Documentation per CMS Guidelines, Prescribing Narcotics, Discharge Summary/Med Rec, Weekly Care Plan Documentation, Post admission evals, face to face visits, IPOCS, PAPE/H & P
Certifications: Active license in MI, Board Certified- not accepting B/E, BLS, - Required
Highlights: 24-hour Call, weekend call per 24-hour call. Inpatient only. Seeking local candidates only.
