A Neuromuscular, Pain, or MSK-focused physiatrist is needed to lead and help develop a new and dedicated EDS and hypermobility program within a highly regarded academic health system. This is a unique opportunity to help shape a multidisciplinary program dedicated to patients with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome and other hypermobility disorders. The physician will direct comprehensive rehabilitative care while collaborating with specialists across the health system.
Position Highlights
- Practice within a new comprehensive EDS and hypermobility center
- Lead multidisciplinary rehabilitation management
- Treat patients with EDS and other hypermobility disorders
- Perform landmark and ultrasound-guided joint and soft-tissue injections
- Join a supportive and collaborative academic PM&R department
- Teach and supervise PM&R residents
- Access opportunities for academic and clinical collaboration
- Share night and weekend inpatient rehabilitation coverage on a rotational basis
