Locum Physician - Neonatology
Position Type: Locum

Location: Pontiac, MI
Shift: 8:00 AM-4:00 PM onsite with night call; alternating 1 week on/1 week off
Start Date: March 2027 or sooner
Position Details:
Patient Population: 100% neonates; approximately 14 patients per day
Setting: Inpatient/Hospital-Based; Level 3 NICU
Responsibilities: Neonatal patient care and management, including coverage during provider LOA and on-call responsibilities.C, LP, PICC, and usual Level 3 NICU skills
EMR System: Epic
Support Staff: Lead neonatologist and Neonatology team
On-Call/Weekends: Night call via beeper/phone; weekends as needed
Submission Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years; Neonatology fellowship required
- Active Michigan license or willingness to obtain
- NRP and DEA required
