Start Date: ASAP Position: Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Specialist Schedule: Full-time Estimated Annual Compensation: $319,529–$350,000 + uncapped productivity income

Position Overview

• Play a key role in the growth and quality of care for patients throughout their rehabilitation stay.
• Work collaboratively with primary care physicians, advanced practice clinicians, physical therapists, and occupational therapists.
• Establish realistic goals to help patients return to their prior level of function and improve their quality of life.
• Treat spasticity or pain that limits function.
• Prescribe adaptive devices to improve patient safety.
• Help reduce opioid use through alternative medications and treatment modalities.
• Educate staff on all aspects of the rehabilitation process.
• Perform on-site joint and trigger point injections.
