Opportunity Overview
An expanding outpatient pain management practice in the Long Island / Queens area is seeking an experienced Interventional Pain Management Physician / Physiatrist to join a growing clinical team.
This is an opportunity to become part of a physician-led practice focused on advanced, patient-centered pain management and comprehensive musculoskeletal care.
The position offers significant clinical autonomy, procedural variety, and a productivity-driven compensation model with substantial earning potential for motivated physicians.
The physician will evaluate and treat a broad range of musculoskeletal, neurological, and spine-related pain conditions, with a strong emphasis on interventional procedures and individualized treatment planning.
Job Responsibilities
Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
Provide both conservative and interventional pain management.
Perform advanced interventional procedures, including:
Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar epidural steroid injections
Medial branch blocks
Radiofrequency ablation (RFA)
Spinal cord stimulator trials
Percutaneous discectomy
Sacroiliac (SI) joint injections
Coordinate patient care with physical therapy and other treatment providers.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
Provide efficient, high-quality care in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Manage a significant patient volume while maintaining appropriate clinical standards.
Work with a high degree of professional and clinical autonomy.
Qualifications
Board Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R).
Fellowship training in Pain Management.
Strong proficiency in interventional pain procedures.
Experience managing spine, musculoskeletal, and neurological pain conditions.
Ability to work independently in a high-volume clinical environment.
Strong clinical judgment and treatment-planning skills.
Excellent communication and patient-care abilities.
Working Hours
Full-time opportunity
Multi-location clinical practice within the Long Island / Queens area
Physicians rotate between practice locations throughout the week
