- Outpatient PM&R patient panel
- Multidisciplinary team including PT, OT, psychology, and occupational medicine
Minimum Requirements
- Board Certified/ Board Eligible in Physician Medicine &Rehabilitation
- Active California Licensure (prior to start date)
- Experienced PM&R physician
