We are helping a longtime and beloved client recruit an Interventional Physiatrist to join its multidisciplinary spine program in Vermont. With a senior physician beginning to reduce his clinical hours, this is an opportunity to become an important part of an established practice and help shape its next chapter.

The program brings PM&R and spine surgery together through a coordinated triage model: surgical candidates are directed to spine surgeons, while non-operative patients receive care from PM&R interventionalists. We’re looking for someone who values that collaboration and enjoys providing comprehensive spine and musculoskeletal care.

Desired procedural skills include, but are not limited to:

• Radiofrequency ablations
• Cervical spine procedures
• EMGs
• Ultrasound-guided musculoskeletal injections

This recruitment has strong hospital leadership support, with a target start of Q2 2027. For a physician interested in taking on greater responsibility over time, the program’s succession planning makes this a particularly worthwhile conversation.
