NMCI Medical Clinic is seeking talented Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) Physicians / Physiatrists to join its established multidisciplinary teams across Northern California.

With seven locations and decades of experience, NMCI has built a strong reputation caring for patients with chronic pain and occupational injuries. This is an opportunity to focus on what PM&R physicians do best—restore function, reduce pain, and improve quality of life—without inpatient rounds, overnight call, or weekend responsibilities.

You'll care primarily for adults recovering from occupational injuries, musculoskeletal conditions, chronic pain, and functional limitations, developing individualized treatment plans focused on recovery, mobility, and long-term quality of life.

You'll collaborate with a team focused on the complete patient journey—from diagnosis and pain management to rehabilitation and return to function.

What We're Looking For

• MD or DO with an active California medical license

• Current DEA registration

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in PM&R preferred

• Occupational Medicine and multidisciplinary experience are a plus

• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
