Position Overview
Clinical Magnet, a division of ICON Medical Network, seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join a collaborative inpatient rehabilitation team in Abilene, Texas. In this role, you'll work closely with an interdisciplinary team to help patients regain mobility, restore function, and achieve meaningful recovery following illness, injury, or surgery.

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence.
- Provide evidence-based physical therapy services while educating patients and families throughout the rehabilitation process.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with an active or eligible license in TX
- Previous inpatient rehabilitation, acute care, hospital, or post-acute experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and patient-centered care skills.
- Passion for helping patients achieve meaningful functional recovery.
Compensation/Benefits
- Salary starting between $95k-$110K (open to discussion)
