We're searching for a Physician-Leader for a brand-new Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital in southern Ohio. As the founding Medical Director, you'll have the rare opportunity to build something lasting, creating the clinical culture, developing relationships with referring physicians, and shaping a rehabilitation program from the ground up.
This isn't about stepping into someone else's model. It's about helping create one.
You'll be supported every step of the way by an experienced implementation team. Whether your preference is a traditional inpatient rehabilitation practice with Internal Medicine support, developing specialty programs, or building a practice around your own clinical interests, you'll have the opportunity to help shape the direction of the hospital from day one.
