Job description

Job description

A physician-owned PM&R and Neurosurgical practice has built a focused, high-quality spine care program with strong clinical alignment and is seeking an Interventional Physiatrist to serve the Atlanta community. This is not a volume-driven environment, but one designed around delivering excellent care, maintaining access across multiple locations, and ensuring patients can receive the same high-level treatment regardless of which office they visit. As a result, every physician in the group performs the same core procedures and works within a highly coordinated clinical model.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable performing both lumbar and cervical spine injections and enjoy working closely with neurosurgical partners in a true team environment.

What makes this opportunity different?

• Physician-led spine practice with a strong reputation in the community

• Collaborative team of physiatrists, neurosurgeons, and experienced APPs

• Modern ambulatory surgery center and procedural infrastructure

• Exceptional payer mix

• No chronic pain medication management

• Growth-oriented compensation model with significant long-term upside

This opportunity may be especially attractive for an early-career interventional physiatrist who wants mentorship, a clear path to building a practice, and colleagues who understand that success is measured over years rather than quarters.

Atlanta continues to attract physicians from across the country for good reason. You get access to one of the Southeast's most dynamic metropolitan areas while enjoying diverse neighborhoods, excellent schools, a major airport, professional sports, outdoor recreation, and a cost of living that remains attractive compared to many other major markets.

If you're looking for a place where interventional spine is the focus, where physicians still have a meaningful voice in the practice, and where quality matters more than churning through patients, I'd love to tell you more.
