Physiatry opening near Wilmington, DE Located in Middletown, DE - Wilmington 24m Full-time, Employed We are seeking a compassionate and quality-driven Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) physician to join our post-acute care team in Middletown, Delaware. This is a full-time opportunity (5 days/week) rounding in an inpatient rehab facility, with excellent support and training, autonomy, and earning potential. * After hours/night-time backup call * Conduct comprehensive inpatient medical assessments, including history, physical exams, and review of rehabilitation goals * Manage acute and chronic medical conditions in coordination with the rehabilitation plan * Monitor functional progress and adjust treatment plans to support recovery goals * Collaborate with rehabilitation physicians, nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary team members * Provide medical education to patients and families related to recovery, comorbidities, and prevention * Maintain accurate, timely medical records in compliance with regulations Compensation & Benefits * Compensation is fee for service with an estimated compensation range of $249,849 - $295,818 annually and no cap on productivity income potential. * 401(k) * Dental, health, and vision insurance * Flexible spending account * Health savings account * Flexible time off * Professional liability insurance Qualifications * Current physician license (State of Delaware) and DEA * Experience in post-acute or acute clinic settings * Strong clinical foundation and knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Collaborative, team-oriented approach with a positive outlook * Ability to commute/relocate: Middletown, DE (required) * Work location: in-person
