They started in pain management, grew into SNF, partnered with a physician group, and now run a team of 10+ doctors and NPs citywide. Their model is built around seamless integration with facility staff, proactive care that reduces hospitalizations, and clinical excellence that strengthens their facility partners' reputations. You would be walking into something that works.
Two openings are available right now -- one full-time, one part-time with the opportunity to grow to full-time. The group is flexible on how you structure the arrangement and genuinely invested in setting you up for success from day one.
