PM&R – Knoxville, Tennessee (Consult-Based / Inpatient Rehab Facility)
Position Overview
- Role: Physiatrist (board-certified or board-eligible)
- Setting: Inpatient rehab facility, based out of consults
- Schedule: Part-time or full-time options available
- Call: Shared 1:4
- Patient Volume: 18–20 patients per day
- Physician Team: 4 physicians in the market
- Compliance: Established group compliance program

- Nationwide physiatry group with 100+ physicians
- Employment Type:
- W2 for full-time employed providers (full benefits)
- 1099 for part-time providers directly through hiring entity
- Benefits (W2 employees):
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance

- Compensation:
- Full-time staff: guaranteed $180,000/year
- Directors: guaranteed $200,000/year
- Production bonus: 70% of billings after meeting bonus structure
- Average earnings: $230,000–$425,000+
