This Pain Management Physician position in Fort Myers, FL is ideal for a physician who wants to focus on interventional pain management, outpatient pain medicine, chronic pain treatment, spine related pain procedures, and image guided injections in a collaborative, physician led setting. The practice is structured to support a busy and efficient schedule, allowing the physician to maximize procedural volume while maintaining a high standard of patient care.
The group is supported by experienced medical assistants, scribes, registered nurses, and nurse practitioners, creating an efficient clinical workflow and allowing the physician to stay focused on procedures, evaluations, follow up visits, and treatment planning. Job Responsibilities
• Perform pain management procedures in the ambulatory surgery center
• Evaluate new patients and provide follow up care in the outpatient clinic
• Develop individualized treatment plans for chronic pain, spine related pain, and musculoskeletal conditions
• Work closely with nurse practitioners and clinical staff in a team based environment
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
• Deliver compassionate, high quality patient care in a busy outpatient setting
• Support practice growth through strong communication, patient engagement, and clinical efficiency
Qualifications
• Active Florida medical license or eligible for Florida licensure
• Experience performing interventional pain procedures
• Strong clinical judgment and procedural skills
• Strong communication and patient engagement skills
• Ability to work effectively in a private practice environment
• Interest in long term growth and future ASC ownership opportunity
Working Hours
• Four half days per week in the ambulatory surgery center
• Six half days per week in the outpatient clinic
