Job description

We need a Physiatrist who loves IP Brain Injury rehab and is ready to help build and lead a brand-new program, with high-end clientele, from the ground up in Dallas.

A newly constructed inpatient rehabilitation unit (15 beds) is preparing to open and expand to full capacity. This is a rare ground-floor opportunity for a physiatrist to shape a program, establish a clinical culture, and become the face of rehabilitation medicine in their community.

This is an independent contractor position structured with an exceptional stipend for non-billable time plus fee-for-service. You will be able to design your practice to fit your niche interests, such as spasticity management, EMGs, and more. You decide…

The ideal candidate is patient-first, team-oriented, and community-minded. They are looking for someone driven and innovative — a Physiatrist who wants to make a name for themselves alongside a program with strong leadership, institutional support, and a genuine commitment to quality rehabilitative care.

If you've been waiting for the opportunity to build something — this is it!
