A leading regional healthcare system serving eastern Kentucky and southern Ohio is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible PM&R physician to join an established Interventional Spine and Pain program. This is a full-time employed opportunity offering strong compensation, advanced facilities, and excellent support.
Practice Details
Full-time employed PM&R position
Practice within an Interventional Spine and Pain Center
Opportunity to perform and interpret EMGs
Modern facilities with newly expanded ER and imaging department
Access to a large referral base across a multi-state region
Clinical Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive PM&R care with a focus on spine and pain management
Perform EMG studies and interpret results
Evaluate and treat musculoskeletal and neurologic conditions
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including neurology, neurosurgery, and pain specialists
Maintain accurate documentation and patient care plans
Support & Resources
Referral network from 40+ primary care clinics and 20 regional hospitals
Service area of approximately 750,000 patients
Access to advanced diagnostic and interventional technology

Compensation & Benefits
$315,000 salary guarantee plus wRVU productivity
$30,000 Signing bonus

Requirements
MD or DO degree
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
Eligible for Kentucky medical licensure
Interest or experience in EMG preferred
J-1 and H-1B visa sponsorship available
