Exclusive locum opportunity for a PM&R physician in Canandaigua, NY. Assignment duration: ~6 months starting April 20, 2026. Provide comprehensive pain management care including interventional procedures and ambulatory clinic coverage. Ideal for board-eligible/board-certified physicians seeking flexible locum work with after-hours and weekend call.
Job Responsibilities
• Perform interventional procedures: ESI, MBB, RFA, nerve blocks, trigger point injections, SI joint injections, genicular blocks, spinal cord stimulator trials, and piriformis injections
• Provide after-hours and weekend office call coverage
• Collaborate with nursing, LPN, and support staff for efficient patient care
• Participate in quality assurance and residency teaching as needed
Qualifications
• Board Eligible/Board Certified in PM&R
• Minimum 1–2 years post-fellowship experience
• BLS certification required
• Epic charting experience preferred
Working Hours
• Office call after hours and weekends
