• We are seeking a skilled Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician for a locums opportunity at a Spine and Pain Center in Canandaigua, NY.
• This role is primarily outpatient with occasional coverage in an ambulatory OR setting in Clifton Springs.
• The provider will focus on interventional pain management procedures in a collaborative clinical environment.
• This position offers consistent weekday hours with minimal call responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities
• Perform interventional procedures including epidural steroid injections (ESI), medial branch blocks (MBB), and radiofrequency ablation (RFA).
• Administer nerve blocks, trigger point injections, sacroiliac joint injections, and piriformis injections.
• Conduct spinal cord stimulator trials and genicular procedures.
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans.
• Coordinate diagnostic testing, referrals, and follow-up care.
• Supervise and collaborate with nursing and support staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC EMR system.
Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation or Pain Management.
• Minimum 1–2 years post-fellowship experience required.
• Active New York State License (in hand).
• BLS certification required.
• EPIC experience required.
• Clean and consistent work history with no gaps over 30 days.
Working Hours
• Office call only (after hours and weekends)
• Standard outpatient schedule with occasional OR coverage
