Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care in an outpatient pain management clinic
• Perform interventional procedures including injections and nerve blocks
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage musculoskeletal and pain-related conditions
• Coordinate care plans and treatment strategies for diverse patient populations
• Collaborate with nursing and clinical staff to ensure high-quality care
• Document encounters and treatment plans using electronic medical records
Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Management / PM&R
• Active New York Medical License
• BLS Certification required
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred
• Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills

Working Hours
Weekday schedule, Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) with light after-hours office call and weekend coverage.
