• Seeking a Locum PM&R Physician to provide outpatient spine and pain management care in an ambulatory clinic setting.
• The physician will diagnose and manage patients with musculoskeletal and pain-related conditions while performing interventional pain procedures.
• The role includes collaboration with nursing and clinical staff to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
• The provider may also provide coverage at an affiliated ambulatory clinic and procedure space.

Job Responsibilities
• Perform interventional pain procedures and injections
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
• Coordinate diagnostic testing and specialty referrals when needed
• Supervise and collaborate with nursing and ancillary staff
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using the EPIC EMR system
• Participate in quality assurance and clinical care improvement activities
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations
Qualifications
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
• Active New York State medical license required
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience post fellowship
• BLS certification required
• Experience with EPIC EMR system preferred
Working Hours
• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Office call only after hours and weekends
• Lunch break typically 12:00 – 1:00 PM
