Are you A Physical Therapist/Physical Therapist Assistant interested in orthopedics, sports medicine and manual therapy? Do you want to join a clinic with a dedicated orthopedic patient base, be in an autonomous practice with like-minded individuals, a laid back and cohesive environment focusing on the most efficient and effective treatment, a caseload of 12 patients per day on average and enjoying 90% exceeding expectations on Patient Satisfaction Surveys? North Houston practice location.
Salary Starts at $70K and average of about 3-3.5% increase for every year of experience. Maxes out around 95K-100K depending on additional certifications. Benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k , Education reimbursement, Short and Long Term Disability, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off plan. Practice payor-Mix is: 51% private insurance; 36% Medicare (and Medicare replacement); 3% Self-pay; 5% Workers comp; 5% other. Educational seminars and mentorship in house by Fellowship trained therapist. Financial assistance for new grads to enroll in a fellowship program.
