We are recruiting a Sports Medicine Physiatrist for an acclaimed academic and clinical rehabilitation program in Virginia. This primary outpatient position will focus on general sports and musculoskeletal patients in the acute, subacute, and chronic phases of care. Position Overview
Primarily an outpatient MSK, Sports, and Electrodiagnostic practice- Perform and interpret EMG/Nerve Conduction Studies
- Academic appointment with teaching opportunities
- Ability to develop niche clinical interests within the department
Qualifications
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in PM&R
- EMG Board preferred or proficiency in electromyography and nerve conduction studies required
- Academic medicine, teaching, and scholarly activity are available for those interested
