A well-established outpatient musculoskeletal practice in the Bronx and New Rochelle is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Physiatrist (PM&R) to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician interested in interventional physical medicine within a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
Position Details:

Locations: Bronx & New Rochelle offices

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm

Setting: 100% outpatient

Compensation:

Base salary: $250,000–$280,000

Bonus: Productivity-based

Job Responsibilities
• Perform initial evaluations and ongoing re-evaluations
• Diagnose and manage musculoskeletal pain due to injury, disease, or disability
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Perform and/or oversee MSK procedures including:
o Trigger point injections
o Soft tissue and joint injections
o EMG/NCV studies
• Order and interpret diagnostic imaging (X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound)
• Collaborate with physical therapists and multidisciplinary staff
• Counsel patients and families on treatment goals and lifestyle adjustments
• Maintain thorough medical documentation and monitor patient progress
• Recommend specialty referrals as needed
• Prescribe medications and orthotics when clinically appropriate
Qualifications
• M.D. or D.O.
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (ABPMR)
• Experience in outpatient musculoskeletal care preferred
• Proficiency in injections and electrodiagnostic testing a plus
• Ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary care team
• Comfortable treating patients of all ages
