Rates: $275/hr

Opportunity Highlights

• Consistent Schedule: Work a predictable schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. There are no weekends and no call required for this assignment.

• Inpatient Focus: Your primary responsibility will be managing the inpatient rehabilitation floor, working closely with an interdisciplinary team, experienced support staff, and therapists.

• EMR System: The facility uses EPIC for all charting.

• Collaborative Environment: You will not work solo; the setting fosters close collaboration with other healthcare professionals.

• Quick Privileging: The estimated time to secure full or temporary privileges is only 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care and oversight for patients on the inpatient rehabilitation floor.

• Manage and oversee patient rehabilitation plans and coordinate care across the interdisciplinary team.

• Support patient recovery from diverse physical and neurological conditions.

Provider Requirements

• Education: MD or DO.

• Board Status: Board Certified.

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience.

• Licensure: An active Illinois State License is required to apply. We are not able to consider candidates with an IMLC.

• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, DEA, and CSR licenses are required.

Assignment Duration

• Coverage Dates: November 3, 2025, through January 2, 2026.
