A leading regional healthcare system in Michigan is seeking an OP Physiatrist focused on MSK and Pain to join an established PM&R team serving communities across Central Michigan.

Your practice will be outpatient, MSK, and pain management, with diagnostic and therapeutic services including ultrasound, EMG, and fluoroscopy-guided injections. You’ll collaborate with a team of two experienced physiatrists providing comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care across two hospital campuses. Role Highlights

  • Provide outpatient diagnostic and therapeutic services, including ultrasound, EMG, and fluoroscopy-guided injections.
  • Fellowship training or interest in Pain Management encouraged — opportunities available for program development.
  • Work alongside PT, OT, and Speech Therapy teams at on-site multidisciplinary clinics.
  • Enjoy a Monday–Friday schedule primarily and collaborate with the IP team 1:4 call rotation.
  • Share inpatient coverage for a 20-bed rehabilitation unit located on the same campus as outpatient services.
  • Participate in a highly collegial, dyad-supported model with physician, medical director, and program leadership collaboration.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary with performance incentives.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, and dental insurance.
  • CME allowance, medical malpractice coverage, DEA/license reimbursement, and retirement plan options.
