A private medical practice is seeking a part-time Physiatrist for their outpatient locations in Bergen County, NJ.
About the Opportunity:
- Setting: 100% outpatient
- Schedule: 2-3 days/week; no call and no weekends
Responsibilities:
- Conduct new/established patient evaluations
- Refer for diagnostic X-rays and/or MRIs
- Develop treatment plans as indicated such as Physical Therapy and medication prescriptions
- Joint/Soft-tissue injections with/without ultrasound
- Surgical/Specialist Referrals
- Electrodiagnostic testing
- Perform or Refer for Interventional Pain/Spine Procedures
- Document with Electronic Health Records, etc.
Qualifications:
- MD/DO degree
- Active New Jersey Medical License
- Board Certified/Eligible with American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (ABPMR)
